With goals established, the 2nd Step in the Advice Marketing Blueprint is preparing the firm and advisers to take action to achieve their objectives. This starts with reviewing existing capabilities and resources to assess their effectiveness in achieving the objectives.

A SWOT Analysis is a highly effective tool for reviewing each key objective and determining the actions for their implementation. The results of the Analysis are used to set priorities and plan the implementation projects for achieving both the short-term goals and long-term objectives.

This Module provides checklists with a comprehensive set of measures and benchmarks for each criteria - Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Take control! This approach identifies competitive advantages, gaps in capabilities and roadblocks. It creates the foundation for implementing the marketing initiatives in the following Modules.
