Delivery of PDF Downloads (Guides and Modules) and Payment

I regularly contact clients who have purchased my Modules and Guides on-line to seek feedback on the PDFs and their experience with buying and downloading these documents.

A common theme is that many purchasers are wary of buying Modules and Guides on-line in case they pay and then never see a PDF download delivered to them. I understand this concern and assure you that we ALWAYS deliver our PDF Modules and Guides. This is the reason all downloads are distributed using Shopify - a trusted on-line platform.

Note: Shopify requires a billing address for digital information products that are purchased. This is to ensure the website is PCI compliant - the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Billing information is not required for free PDF downloads. With free items click the Buy button to download - there will be no charge (you are 'buying' it for $0).

The free Modules and Guides are accessed as PDF downloads that require no payment on Shopify.
