first edition of the book - 'Building the FORMIDABLE
Business' will be published in July 2011 (following the
launch of the downloadable FORMIDABLE Business Kit in November
2010). This book contains all the detailed actions and
strategies for each of the ten steps in the formula.

business coach I hear one central theme over and over again during
my initial consultations with the operators of small to medium
sized businesses: How can I take control of my business and make it
more successful at a time of chaotic change and relentless
